NapThyme Primitives/NapThyme Candles  Terms & Conditions

1. All candle orders will be sent 2-10 working days after we receive your order and payment. Dolls, Stitcheries, and other handmades will be sent the day after your money has been received.  Once sent, we can't guarantee an exact time of arrival. (We ship USPS Priority Mail which promises 2-5 days until delivery.)
If there is a certain date you need product by, please tell us and we will do everything possible to expedite your order and have to you by the time specified.

2. All orders are sent in strong boxes or bubble envelopes, and wrapped to survive posting, however, should you have any breakages you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Store credit will be given, and we may ask you to send the broken or faulty items back for inspection.

3. Only the best quality candles and accessories are sent to our customers. However, size, shape and color may vary slightly, due to the products being hand made.

4. Due to the high demand at certain times of the year, some products may be temporarily out of stock at time of ordering. If this is the case, we will let you know so you can either change your choice, or wait until it is in stock again.

5. At any time NapThyme Primitives/Candles reserves their right to remove any product due to safety or production problems.

6. You agree that our maximum liability to you is the dollar amount of candles purchased.

7. While lighting candles can be soothing and fun, please remember they are flammable if not handled correctly. By placing an order from NapThyme Candles, you agree to not hold NapThyme Candles responsible for any accident or loss caused through misuse of these products.

8. You agree to have read our safety tips, and promise to follow them.

9. Payment is due within 10 days of ordering.
This is especially important with Clearance, close-out items, specials and One Of A Kinds. If your check or money order hasn't arrived within 10 days, the items you ordered can and will be given to another customer, as your order will be cancelled.

10. We reserve the right to refuse check/money order buyers at our discretion..
(Meaning, if you have ordered candles from us before, choosing the check/money order option, only to not send in payment, we may refuse your order, or ask that you pay by PayPal or Visa/Mastercard.)


If you'd like to buy with a check or money order, we do accept them on all of our auctions.

11. We do not require any minimum order on retail orders.

We accept payments through Paypal or our online shopping cart! We also accept Visa/Mastercard, Personal Checks and Money Orders.

Our shopping cart is very easy to use...just click what you want & it goes into your cart. When done ordering you can either use the secure online ordering with your credit/debit card, or print out your order and mail it with your check or money order. For safety reasons, our address will only be given to customers after you have sent in your order.

Shipping and Handling Policy

  • We ship Priority Mail through the US Postal Service.
  • All candle orders are processed within 10 working days. Most of the time it is sooner. If it will take longer, it will be posted on our home page.  
  • We can not be responsible if you enter an incorrect mailing address, please double check your information.
  • If you are one of our loyal customers in the Antelope Valley, California area, ignore the shipping charge. You can either pay online, or pay on delivery.

      Shipping Charges

      We ship by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are according to weight & zone.
      All candle weights are listed on our site. We have done our best to estimate shipping charges by these weights on USPS.com. Please allow a little weight for packaging materials. A big box weighs 8 oz. Your package will be mailed from the 93550 zip code.
       

        Return Policy

      • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it for store credit (this offer does not apply to candles that have been burned unless the candle was defective).
      • This guarantee is good for up to 14 days after purchase.
      • We will not pay the shipping/handling to return your candles. Nor will we refund previous shipping charges.

        Privacy Policy

      • We do NOT give or sell any information on our customers.
      • If you want, you can join our newsletter & we may send e-mails about current specials & new products. (Goes out once a month)
      • Our shopping cart system is secure. If you'd rather phone in your credit card #, just give us a call. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFO THROUGH E-MAILS.
